Returns & Refund Policy

Every Enjoy A Gift commission is handcrafted and personalised to the specifications you approve in your design deck. Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect specifications approved by you, or minor variation in handcrafted materials.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design deck, please contact us in writing within 3 business days of delivery at jarrod@enjoyagift.com.au with:

• Your order reference;
• Photographs of the outer packaging and the affected items;
• A short description of the issue.

We will investigate and, where the claim is accepted, arrange remake, replacement or a refund of the affected items at our discretion and in line with your Australian Consumer Law rights.

Deposits become non-refundable once the design deck has been approved and production has commenced. Cancellations after production has commenced may attract charges reflecting work already performed and materials procured. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Where a refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may add additional days.
